Interior Decorating and Design
$75.00 per hour.
All decorating services begin with a consultation so we can
discuss the issues you have with your home and develop a plan to
improve them. Consultations can be for many different types of
issues including but not limited to the following:
Window Treatments
- Whether your looking for ready-made, semi-custom, or custom
window treatments we can talk about what kind of treatment you
need for the space and find the perfect solution for you.
Color Schemes
- This is my client’s favorite service! I will come to your home
with my collection of paint decks and will design a complete color
scheme for one room or the whole house. I will then supply you
with up to (8X10) color samples of the colors we choose for you to
live with in your home. Still not sure what the color will look
like on your walls? I have a program that will let me color your
room right on the computer so you can see exactly what your room
will look light when its finished.

Furniture
Selection - Are you getting ready to redecorate and are
not sure what furniture pieces to purchase for your room? We can
have a consultation in your home and discuss the function of the
room (what you use it for, how many people do you entertain, do
you watch TV, listen to music, etc?) Then we can design a
furniture plan for your room complete with a floor plan for
placement and furniture sizes. And if you’d like we’ll finish off
with a trip to the furniture store for upholstery selection.
Shopping
- The shopping service is for the client that isn’t quite sure
just what to buy to finish off that room. Again, it’s starts with
a consultation where we will gather your ideas and thoughts as
well as pieces of existing fabrics and colors and it’s off to the
store we’ll go. We can shop for you or your welcome to come along.
We can shop for accessories, lighting, plants, furniture,
flooring, tile, just about anything you need for the home.
*This is a great service to
add to your redesign service. We will discuss what could finish
off the room during the consult, shop before the redesign, and
implement the purchases right into the room for you to see for the
first time at the end of the day. My clients love this added touch
for their redesigns.
Kitchen and Bath
Design - This service is for the homeowner that is
ready to remodel the kitchen or bathroom. It can be as simple as a
consultation where we will take measurements of the space, discuss
what your looking for, what your budget is for the project, and
complete a floor plan with finish ideas for you to either tackle
on your own or to take to your own contractor for implementation.
Or, I can be your project manager and not only design the room but
see the project to completion.
(This service is charged
hourly for design planning and then a design fee will be quoted
with a 15% markup on all subcontractors fees for project
management if implemented.)

Space Planning
- This is a service where we will take a look at a particular
space, discuss what issues you are having, and what you are
envisioning the space to be. We will then build a floor plan with
ideas to implement the design. Then we can take it one step
further and add the shopping service, furniture selection, color
scheme, or even new surface treatments and window treatments, and
see the job from beginning to end.

hourly for design planning and then a design fee will be quoted
with a 15% markup on all subcontractors fees for project
management if implemented.)
